1.     To improve moral, legal, physical, spiritual and material situation of children and teenagers. To ensure that the new generation is oriented towards general humane values;

2.     To ensure an environment and conditions for development of children and teenager personality and character;

3.     To promote development of a full-fledged personality by helping children and their families to integrate into this ever-changing society;

4.     To teach children and teenagers the sense of responsibility towards the country and to develop awareness of the duties of a citizen;

5.     To create conditions that would help to rehabilitate the morality among children and teenagers and to solve social problems, by developing high sense of morality on the basis of Christian values;

6.     Within the limits, to support children and teenagers from low-income families and families under social risk or the ones having health problems;

7.     To promote useful and productive free time activities, by organizing hikes, recovery, educational and recreational camps, sports events and charity events.

8.     To ensure job opportunities for handicapped people and people shortly before retirement.
